Educational game "Emotions"
ABOUT THE GAME:
STEPS:
GETTING TO KNOW THE TYPES OF BASIC EMOTIONS
/ In early childhood, emotional development has a particular predominance in the child's life. Emotions are at the heart of every cognitive manifestation in a young child and become a major driver of mental development at an early age. Emotions stimulate the very emergence of all types and degrees of cognitive manifestations - from sensations to thinking and speech.
From colored cardboard we cut round shapes, which will depict different emotions. For their more convenient use we will place a wooden handle. Each child will get acquainted with them separately, will look at them and remember them. Together we will discuss each of the emotions. We ask children cognitive questions: - When do we feel sad, happy, etc..? and in this way we acquaint them with the basic emotions and stimulate their social and emotional development.
“Blackbird and the fox”
Ran Bosilek
/A Bulgarian folk story/
Once upon a time, in a forest far, far away there lived a small braid called Kose-Bose. One day the fox – Kuma Lisa – came under the nest and said:
"Kose-Bose, give me an egg! My dad and mom came to visit. I will cook them soup.” The bird gave her an egg.
The next day Kuma Lisa came again and said:
"Kose-Bose, please, give me an egg. My dad came to visit. I have no food.”
So the bird gave her an egg again.
So everyday the Fox came to the braid to ask for an egg, until there was only one egg left. So when Kuma Lisa came again and asked for an egg, Kose-Bose said: “No!”
“If you don’t give me an egg, I will eat you!”, said Kuma Lisa.
The bird cried. She gave the Fox her last egg.
The next morning a dog passed through the forest. The dog saw the bird crying and asked: “Why are you crying, Kose-Bose?”
The next morning a dog passed through the forest. The dog saw the bird crying and asked: “Why are you crying, Kose-Bose?”
“How can I not cry, puppy?”, said Kose-Bose to the dog and told her sad story.
“She will come again this morning. I have nothing to give her. She will eat me now!”
“Don’t cry, Kose-Bose!”, said the dog, I will hide here in the woods. When Kuma Lisa comes to ask you for an egg, you will tell her: “I don’t have an egg, but there is a hen in the woods. Take her!”
So the dog hid in the bushes.
Kuma Lisa came and said:
“Kose-Bose, give me an egg!”
“I don’t have an egg, but there is a hen in the woods. If you want, take her.”
Kuma Lisa rejoiced and began running through the woods.
The dog jumped out and started chasing her.
As she was running, she finally reached her hole and hid.
The dog squatted in front of the hole. It waited for Kuma Lisa to come out, grabbed her by the tail and tore her coat. Kuma Lisa ran away and anyone didn’t see her ever again!
